Formed in 1999, the Leticia Saving Groups are situated in the Amazon on the border between Brazil, Peru and Colombia. Primarily focused on land acquisition and tenure, the Leticia methodology has spread to other indigenous communities in the area. The Leticia Savings Group receives support from Gaia Colombia.
