Supported by the South African Federation, savings groups have been initiated in Inhambane, Maputo and Quelimane. Preliminary contacts have been made with planners in the City Government, along with some government officials, and plans for future exchanges are underway. Currently, the groups are loosely linked to UN Habitat.
