EASTERN CAPE
Amalinda Group East London 200 Chosen as the pilot project of the Eastern Cape, Sites have been allocated to only 102 members and other remaining group has identified the alternative land. They are awaiting the release of the subsidies before the development can start. Most active group and they have had a sit in the MEC's office to push for the release of their subsidies.
Liberty Port Elizabeth ? This group is more vulnerable in that it has been a victim of evictions. They are occupying a Land in which they have no Land Tenure however they are still negotiating with the Municipality. Some members of the groups went back to the Backyards as results of the eviction
Nomzamo Queenstown ? They have occupied the Land most of the groups are still living in informal settlement, only 11 houses built the rest is waiting for the releases of their Subsidies.
Walmer Port Elizabeth ? They are still negotiating for the Land
KZN
Kenville Kenville 370 They have used their own resources to deposit the Land, but the Land will not be able to accommodated them all. They have requested for Enumeration and there after will identify alternative land to accommodate them all.
Piesang River Piesang river 150 This group is made up to 3 big Savings Scheme who are at the backyard of the Developed Land , but some of the members will have to be re-allocated to other areas
New Castle New Castle +200 It's a group composed of different settlements still negotiating for the Land
Lamont Ville Lamont Ville ? Its composed of members from Settlement & Backyards who are still negotiating for Land.
NORTH WEST
Garankuwa Garankuwa 250 They have secured Land but development not yet started as they are waiting for Engineers.  They have applied for their subsidies but they are not yet approved. The Beneficiary list has been drawn & submitted for screening
Amahoti Durban Metro 15,000 It's a joint pilot project between Durban Metro and the Federation. It's an informal settlement to be upgraded. The other member maybe are re-allocated to other areas.
Mandela Park Khuma ? The Councillor has identified the Land for this group but they are not happy with the Land, they want to negotiate for the alternative Land.
Cosmos Broodestroom ? Still negotiating for the Land.
GAUTENG
Sebenzani ABCD Caltonville 2000 It's a huge group coming from different informal settlement but still negotiating for Land
Zenzeleni Katlehong 600 This group is identified as a Pilot group for Gauteng because it's hunic history. A desistant group broke away form the larger group and invaded the Land. They are going to do the Enumeration in the invaded Land in order to allocate sites from the outside group. The remaining will be accommodated at Moseleki.
Masiphathisane Sicelulwazi Luthando Kopanang Polano East Rand ? They have identified the Land & started the negotiation with Land owners, as the poor group they seem to be given first preference, but they need to speed up the process as the Government is in shortage of Land.

Ithuseng Bothaville 64 Negotiating for Land
Itsokolele Kroonstad 71 They have been promised land by the Councillor
Rwallalesasele Bethlehem 130 Supported by the Councillor and has return a letter of support to release their Subsidies.
